Neutral fibre as a platform for innovation

WIK-Consult, 2023/2024

This study shows how the City of Stockholm, with its dark fibre utility company Stokab, has enabled the development of leading edge communication technologies as well as supporting the provision of high-tech applications in the field of audio-visual media, quantum computing and smart cities.
