Corporate governance and sustainability matters
The Board governs the company’s strategic operations, including its sustainability work, when setting the direction of the operational plan and budget and in connection with the annual and sustainability report.

The CEO presents supporting documentation to the Board, ensures that decisions are implemented, and is responsible for day-to-day operations.
The Board of Directors bears overall responsibility for sustainability reporting, while the CEO is responsible for implementation. Department heads drive sustainability efforts within their respective areas, setting targets and monitoring results, which are reported to the Board annually. The executive management team, which meets weekly, supports the CEO on both strategic and operational matters, ensuring that sustainability work is an integral part of the company’s operations.
Strengthening corporate culture through guiding principles
Our values are intended to guide our approach and decision-making in our daily work. Through a collaborative process, the company has identified three guiding principles: reliability, commitment, and innovation. Actively working with our values fosters a sense of pride and encourages positive behaviors, while creating a shared understanding of what these core values mean for us in practice. These guiding principles serve as both a compass and a practical tool in our efforts to strengthen our corporate culture.
